Here are step by step instructions on how to do this on your app in iOS.

Log into the NextPlay app in iOS on your phone.
Select the hamburger menu (the three lines) on the upper left corner to open the side menu.
Select Games under the Function tasks.
Select the three dots button on the season or game that you want to delete.
Select Delete Game and accept.
